All orders are sent out within 24 hours. Estimated Delivery 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number.
Note: In case we are out of stock of a certain 24" x 24" Ceiling Tiles or Backsplash
products we can order the product directly from the factory. Shipping from the factory can take up to 15 business days. Tracking
numbers from the factory will be sent within 5 business days through DHL International Shipping. Most Orders over 100 ceiling
tiles will be shipped out directly from the factory to the customer. We will notify you if
we need to directly order any 24" x 24" Ceiling Tiles or Backsplash products directly from the factory.

Returns Policy
All returns must
be made 7 days from the DOP (Date of Purchase). The buyer must ship back the product at their own expense. A small restocking
fee of 12% will be charged before will send a refund for the products returned. Returns can take up to 5 business days to
fully process. Please follow the following steps before returning the product:

the product is installed we WILL NOT accept it!
Damages or Manufacturer Defects
If the product
is recieved damaged or defected them please follow the following steps:
1. Take a digital photograph of the damaged/defected product.
2. Send us an e-mail explaining the type of damage/defect to the product along with several
pictures to returns@decorceilings.com.
